Transfers of data outside the EU (e.g. to Google, Meta) take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses (SCC), with appropriate safeguards. Marketing and analytics cookies are only activated after your express consent, in conjunction with Google Consent Mode v2.
4. Data security
The website uses SSL/TLS encryption; only authorized persons have access to the data; we perform regular backups and enter into contracts with our data processors.
5. Your rights
You are entitled to the right to information, access, rectification, erasure ("to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may submit your requests to hello@goldenbrokerbrothers.com; we will fulfill the request as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest.
