2. The role of the service provider
Golden Broker Brothers acts as a sales partner (intermediary) through the Golden Gates Edelmetalle AG system. The contract for the purchase and storage of physical precious metals is concluded between the client and the partner (Golden Gates); the product terms, fees and storage are set out in the partner's official General Terms and Conditions and price list.
3. Purpose of the website
The website presents the service of Golden Broker Brothers and the opportunities related to physical precious metals, for informational purposes. The information published on the website does not constitute an offer under the Civil Code; the actual contract is concluded on the basis of the partner's official documentation.

Hungarian courts have jurisdiction to adjudicate disputes. The service provider is entitled to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions; the amendment takes effect upon publication on the website.
